G is very mindful about my injuries and restrictions, and always offers modifications. G pushes me and also doesn't rush me, he encourages me in taking my time to focus on both my form and breathing. If it weren't for G, my butt would still be flat and I would be sad. But now it's growing and I'm not sad anymore. Thanks G, for making me happy!

I've been training with Gregory since 2019, and have seen in an immense difference in my strength levels, endurance and overall health. I don’t think I would have been able to reach these goals had we not met. One thing I really appreciate about Gregory is he is always willing to help me learn any new skill set I am interested in pursing whether it be weight training or boxing.
